Neuro-Trauma (Brain & Spinal Injuries)
Emergency surgical stabilization for TBI and SCI. Strict hemodynamic and metabolic stabilization in the Neuro-ICU to prevent secondary brain injury, optimize cerebral perfusion, and minimize inflammatory responses in traumatized neural tissue.
The "Golden Hour" Emergency Protocol
Upon arrival, our trauma team rapidly assesses the patient, secures the airway, and performs an urgent CT scan, initiating surgical decision-making within minutes to prevent secondary injury.
Intracranial Pressure (ICP) Monitoring
For severe TBI with cerebral edema, we place advanced ICP monitors to continuously measure pressure inside the skull, guiding medical management to maintain adequate cerebral perfusion.
Decompressive Craniectomy
In cases of refractory intracranial hypertension, we perform decompressive craniectomy—temporarily removing a large bone flap to allow the swollen brain to expand outward, preventing fatal herniation.
Evacuation of Intracranial Hematomas
We perform urgent surgical evacuation of extradural, subdural, and intracerebral hematomas using microscopic techniques, rapidly relieving mass effect and restoring normal cerebral blood flow.
Spinal Stabilization with Instrumentation
For unstable spinal fractures, we perform posterior pedicle screw fixation or anterior corpectomy with cage reconstruction, providing immediate stability and allowing early mobilization.
Neuro-Rehabilitation & Cognitive Recovery
Our dedicated neuro-rehabilitation team provides early mobilization, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and cognitive retraining to help trauma survivors regain independence and reintegrate into daily life.
