Vascular Neurosurgery
Aneurysm clipping, AVM resection, and management of stroke and hemorrhage. Comprehensive stroke risk-reduction programs, carotid revascularization, and aggressive management of underlying vascular risk factors to prevent recurrent cerebrovascular events.
Digital Subtraction Angiography (DSA)
Our in-house DSA suite provides gold-standard imaging for cerebrovascular pathologies, precisely defining aneurysm morphology, AVM nidus, and venous drainage patterns for surgical planning.
Microsurgical Clipping of Aneurysms
For ruptured or unruptured aneurysms, we place a permanent titanium clip across the aneurysm neck, isolating it from circulation while preserving parent and branching arteries.
Endovascular Coiling & Embolization
We perform minimally invasive coiling—navigating microcatheters through the femoral artery to pack the aneurysm with detachable coils. We also use liquid embolic agents for AVM embolization.
Arteriovenous Malformation (AVM) Micro-Resection
For surgically amenable AVMs, we perform meticulous microsurgical resection—identifying feeding arteries, devascularizing the nidus, and disconnecting draining veins.
Carotid Endarterectomy & Revascularization
For severe carotid stenosis, we perform carotid endarterectomy to remove atherosclerotic plaque. We also offer EC-IC bypass procedures for complex moyamoya disease.
Hemodynamic Monitoring & Stroke Prevention
Post-intervention, our neuro-ICU team provides strict blood pressure management, anticoagulation titration, and continuous neurological monitoring to prevent re-bleeding or ischemic complications.
